Disable or change colour of button in button stack when visited?

Hi,

Is there anyway in Rise to change the colour of a button when it has been selected in a button stack so it shows up as visited?  Or can you disable it?  Certainly is done in Storyline - but I just want to check.

Thanks

Liz

  • Hi Elizabeth! There is no option to change the color of a button stack or disable it when visited. Thanks for letting us know you are interested in this. I'll add this as a feature request.

    Hi all,

This feature also interest me so that's why I let this comment here to help you ;-) I think this functionality will incruse the learner experience.

    Have a good day !

  • Thank you for your response. I wanted to use it as a menu and help people remember what they had already looked at - but we will have to move sequentially through the lessons.

  • Hello ElizabethDou579 and @MARMILLOTALEX,

I’m excited to share that we’ve released a new Rise 360 update that is related to the feature you requested:

    • Customize button blocks with alignment, corner radius, and width options.

There’s nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available.

We're still looking into your request to add a Visited state to buttons in a button block. We'll update this post again once this feature is available.

It's great that button blocks can be customized with alignment, corner radius, and width options.

But does the update let you add a Visited state to buttons in a button block? Because that is what folks are asking for here.
