Discussion forum activity in Rise

Hi everyone, I wonder if anyone can help me. I am looking to embed a discussion forum activity in Rise. I have used padlets before and it works brilliantly. But now padlets is no longer free. I wonder if anyone has used another platform that is free and can be easily embedded in the Rise course?
