Dispatch module not logging as complete in Upside LMS (Advice on Upside LMS please)

Hello,

I'm working with a client who uses Upside LMS. I've built a module for them that we are hosting and sharing via dispatch. The client has come back to me to say that the module is not marking as complete in the LMS. 

The dispatch file is SCORM 1.2, HTML5 only and is set to mark as complete when 80% of the slides are viewed. I have tested the dispatch file numerous times in SCORM Cloud and it is marking as complete.

Are there are settings in the LMS that need to be enabled so that a dispatch file to be marked as complete? I do not have access to the client's LMS, and I'm unfamiliar with Upside LMS.

    Hello Gemz!

    Thanks for reaching out! I'm hoping folks in the community who have experience with Upside LMS will chime in with suggestions. In the meantime, I'd recommend having your client reach out to their LMS admin for insight.
