Hi Leslie!
Yes I published it for HTML5 and when I test through google as my hosting everything works great. Our organization is moving to Sharepoint and I need to have the course within our Sharepoint domain (so the user must be logged in).
thanks!
Linda Are you getting an error Linda? Be sure that you are viewing the content in Safari as this is the supported HTML5 environment for the iPad.
You can read more about this here.

I am not getting an error, however all the page says on the iPad (through Safari) is the name of the document it's linked to. So it does not show the image of the video and the video does not play
Hi Linda!
So you are only having issues with the video? Is you iPad utilizing iOS9?
You may find that videos in your Articulate Storyline 2 courses don't always play as expected in HTML5 output when viewed on Apple iOS 9 iPads and iPhones. We added support for iOS 9 in Update 7 for Storyline 2. See this article for details on how to update your Storyline software and your published courses.- LindaRobertson1Community Member
Sorry, by video I meant the eLearning. I am using iOS9 and have updated the files. The eLearning plays via google as my host, but not via Sharepoint as my host only on the iPad. I was able to have the eLearning play through IE browser using a desktop.
Hi Linda! If you are unable to replicate the issue outside of Sharepoint, have you reached out to your Sharepoint administrators to try to understand the issue that may be happening? I'm not a Sharepoint user myself, so hopefully someone in the community will be able to chime in as well with their experience.

Make sure all of the files are checked in. If not, it can cause viewing problems. You can perform bulk checkins from > Site Settings > Site Content and Structure
You may run into problems if your files have no titles. Bulk title editing can be done creating a custom view.
Thanks for chiming in Scott :)

Hi Linda,
Is the set up within an iFrame? Our team is investigating an issue currently with how that displays (or doesn't) on an iPad using iOS9 and viewing the HTML5 output. You may want to look at using the workaround detailed here.
