Do requisites/passing a quiz work when publishing for web distribution?

When you put courses on the web, you can't track completion. That's why courses are usually put into an LMS. Articulate uses the LMS to store suspend/resume data and completion data.
A Rise course could provide a password after the user has passed the quiz. Then the Storyline course could require entering that password in the first slide (for example, via a text-entry graded question slide). Of course, that couldn't prevent someone from sharing the password with others. But it is one option.
