Does anyone know if I can host a Rise module on the Veeva CRM platform?

Our customer had us build a presentation in Rise, and now wants us to provide the same presentation for them to host on their Veeva platform so that field staff can access the presentation, show it to customers, and their activity will be tracked by Veeva to show detailed statistics about how the field team is using the presentation (how often, which sections they are using most/longest, etc.) Any help/insight would be welcomed!!!

  • Hi there!

I checked their documentation, and it seems they can support both web and LMS content.  You may need to confirm with their support team to be sure that both documentations are accurate.

Others in the community may have also worked with Rise and Veeva CRM platforms.  We can wait for their responses as well.

Thanks, Christopher. Followup question. Is the Rise for web output considered an HTML file?

Hello! Rise 360 publishes HTML5-only courses that work in most modern browsers.

You can check out this article, Publish Web-Only Output, to know more about how you can share your Rise 360 courses and host them on your own web server.

      I hope this helps.
