Does it matter what layer an audio file is on if you don't want it to play when someone revisits the slide?

Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated. Keep in mind I only tried adding the variables to the triggers for the first three slides. My thought was, if I could do it right three times in a row, I could get the rest!
