Does quiz timer resume in Storyline?

This still looks like an issue in Storyline 3. Came to these forums looking for some info on this.
Was testing out a quiz on SCORM cloud, with a 5 minute timer, just to verify functionality on a client request. Exited on question 2 with 4 minutes left. On resume, I was on question 2 with 5 minutes left.
Course is set to "always resume".
