don't use / change theme color back to default

Hi.

The issue is the background color of the slide. I changed it to a grey which shows correctly in the thumbnail (yellow arrow) but the slide is blue for an unknown reason to me (red arrow). I assume it has to do with the color theme. But changing the color theme does change the color to anything but the grey I selected. Bizarre. Can someone give a hint how to fix it? Thank you!!

    It looks like you are viewing a layer on your canvas rather than the base layer (which is displayed in the thumbnail). So, your base layer is the gray color you want but the "untitled layer 2" has the blue background.
