Double-click icon driving me nuts!

We also have serious troubles with similar issues regarding Image as a button.
We created a game with cards that shows a layer as they are clicked. And they randomly get stucked with 2 or more clicks.
We tried with one click and two click triggers and the bug is still there.
We guess that +2 clicks (or rapid clicking) executes the triggers more than once and crashes the code.
