"Double" Image of Video in Articulate Rise Process Block

So I am working on a course that has videos in the process blocks.  For some reason, the cover images are all showing up "doubled".  I even went back to the source video and put a still image at the beginning (since that's the only way you can get a "thumbnail"), and it's doing the same thing.  Is this some type of glitch?

I can't release this to learners.  It's every video by the way.  I'm on a tight deadline, so any info you could provide would be great.  Thanks!!

    I have great news to share! Our team has released a fix for this bug, which caused the MP4 videos included in Process Blocks to display a duplicate border.
