Hi, I would like to know if it's possible to download audios and videos (and other assets) that are in my Rise course, back to my laptop? I previously created these assets but would like to download them, in the order they are in the course, rather than to hunt for them (in order) on my laptop. If this is possible please let me know how to do this. ;-) Thanks, Dave

Hi everyone! Here's an easy way to access media files you're using in a Rise 360 course: Export the course for Web. Open the zipped output folder, and you'll find another folder called "assets." All of the media files can be found inside that folder.

Hi Dave, You're correct - there isn't a way to download an asset out of Rise. You can delete it and always add in a new asset to remove it. We're tracking the authors and Articulaters who would like to see this feature, so it's not yet in our pipeline, but as soon as we have more information we'll let you know!

I recently inherited 70+ Rise modules from a designer who left the client. I'd love a way to download assets as I'm updating and recreating modules. The workaround that Alyssa shared is incredibly helpful and I wish I learned about it months ago! However, a true download feature would be nice feature to have in the future.

Hey Dave, A better way to organize assets and even share them with teams has certainly been a request that we've seen and are currently tracking. I'm attaching this conversation to the report so that we can update you here when we can.

Does anyone know if the above workaround (or even if there is a chance for this being made officially an option) do to this with the AI Audio files? I think it's great that we're able to download the AI generated videos, but for consistency, I wanted to also use the same voice for Audio files as well.

  Rise 360 doesn’t currently have a direct option to download AI-generated audio. As Alyssa shared earlier in the thread, you can work around this by exporting your course for Web, unzipping the exported file, and finding the audio files in the assets folder. This workaround works for AI-generated audio as well.
  
  I also appreciate you pointing out the difference between downloading AI-generated video and audio. Your example gives us helpful context for why a simpler way to download and reuse AI-generated audio would be valuable.
  
  To help us better understand your workflow, about how often do you use AI-generated audio, and how many audio clips do you typically create per course? How much extra time or effort would the Web export workaround add to your workflow?

    Speaking for my work, I want to export AI voiceover for videos that we're creating and then putting in Rise. The videos themselves have professionally recorded human narration, but we need to add in descriptive audio for accessibility purposes. There are dozens of short clips I need to create, so the process is a bit tedious.

Great work around. It would be even better to have the 'download' option on the editing menu though. I add my voice to that request. I see it's been a few years since it was first mentioned.

This is an ongoing request/need. If the Rise asset is on the Articulate server couldn't there be a download function? It would even be worth it for an additional cost vs. hunting for it on someones' laptop or cloud files.
