Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. Please try the following troubleshooting steps to see if they work for you:
- Open Task Manager and end process all Articulate 360 services, namely:
* Articulate 360 Desktop services
* Articulate 360 Desktop App - Relaunch the Desktop App.
You'll also want to make sure that your Parallels environment is configured to use the settings mentioned here:
