Download the scorm

HI, I can't download the scorm. When I click in the button "Download content" it doesn't work. Could you help me? Thanks

Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to hear you've run into this snag.

Could you please share what browser you are using? Do you notice this if you try downloading the content on another browser?
Is this happening with all courses or a specific one?
When you click on Download Content, do you receive an error message or notification within Rise 360?
