Hi Christine!
You should be able to access the video files in the "A Guide to Mentoring Others" course by following these steps:
- Export the Rise 360 course for Web.
- Open the zipped output folder.
- Click to open the assets folder.
- Click to open the rbc folder.
- Scroll through the MP4 files in the rbc folder until you find the one you need. Move that video file to your desktop.
