Downloading or retrieving storyline 360 course/files from review 360

Hi!  Is there a way to retrieve or download storyline courses uploaded in review 360? Thanks!

Hello Susanne,

Happy to help!

You should see an option to download the uploaded project file when you click on the Current Version button to bring down the menu. This article contains a screenshot of where exactly to find the download option in Review 360:

I checked and I don't see an option to download from the "Current Version" button. I only see options to restore and hide previous versions.

    Hello William,

    Thanks for reaching out! Review 360 versions can be published without the Cloud Backup option. If those items were not published without backup, you won't see the option to download the project file from Review 360. Versions with project backups display a cloud icon, a download link, and the date and time of publish.

    If another person is publishing project files to Review 360 on your organization, you may request that they choose the Cloud Backup feature when publishing the projects to Review.
