Downloading Published Rise LMS Content

Is it me or has the way an admin downloads published Rise courses changed? I'm sure I used to click the publish button and a SCORM package would automatically download into my 'Downloads' folder (as...

Our IT dept have confirmed that all downloaded zips get processed in the background by the security software, so I'll have to just be more patient. Its annoying there is no progress indicator to tell me what's happening.
