Drag Over State not working properly

For your example in the screen recording, do you see how the black background remains after you drop the item. That should change once the drop is completed. This is not intuitive behavior. Drag Over state should not be Selected or Dropped. Hover would be a better description, but changing the state to Hover does not produce a Hover result. Just make thing intuitive.
