Drop correct states not persisting in Microsoft Edge

I am having trouble with this drag and drop in SL. When you click submit but have not got everything right the correct responses turn green (Drop Correct state for the images) and a popup b...
Hello John. Thank you for following up.
It tends to happen more if two answers are dragged to column 1. I have attached a video. It took me a few tries to get it to happen. It will occasionally happen in other columns tho.
Edge is up to date: Version 109.0.1518.61 (Official build) (64-bit)
