E-learning Developer London
The Health & Safety Group is one of the UK's leading providers of Healthcare training. We train over 100,000 healthcare professionals each year in a blend of Elearning and classroom training.
We have an exciting new opportunity to join our team in our West London office!! We need a full-time E-Learning Developer, responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining high-quality online training courses. Courses will need to be developed for Articulate Storyline/ Rise.
Your job will involve you working with internal and external subject matter experts to discuss required outcomes and develop modular content.
To thrive in this role candidates will require excellent verbal and written communication skills, an ability to multi-task across projects and technologies, strong collaboration and teamwork principles, a comprehensive grasp of technology and design techniques, an aptitude for learning new applications and skills, and a passion for producing interactive, engaging, and high-quality work!
Key Responsibilities
• Create and update e-learning courses using software such as Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Collaborate with e-learning platform developers and copywriters to create and deliver engaging and effective e-learning courses.
• Use graphics, video and audio editing packages as required.
Education & Experience:
• Design or software-orientated degree or equivalent desirable.
• Experience using Articulate Storyline and Rise.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Visual flair and high level of competency in a range of multimedia software applications including video and audio editing.
• Ability to create high-quality solutions to a deadline but maintain a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Experience of developing e-learning content.
