The item labels in the Print Result page are taken from the object names in the timeline. While you can change the title name, there isn't a way to remove the shape name from that field. Thanks for letting us know you have a need for more customization options!
That's exactly the issue. It won't make sense to learners to see those types of descriptions if they were to print the results. Customizing these would be helpful.
