Edited Courses Reverting to Old Versions

They are in our content list, like they never left or were changed. There are no snapshots of any of these courses and nothing in Review360. I am lost on how this happened.

I'm happy to help and have a few clarifying questions!
- Are the courses appearing unchanged when accessed in Rise 360, Review 360, or elsewhere? Does the course owner see any changes reflected?
- After making edits, was the course republished to reflect those changes? For example, if using Review 360, you'll need to publish an updated version of an existing item, and that new version can be accessed on the course owner's dashboard.
