Editing a Process Block

Hi,

I was watching the "Create Engaging Software Training in Rise 360" webinar, and the instructor mentioned being able to modify the "Step" text on a process block (11:40). I was wondering how to do this, because every time I try to remove the text that says "step 1" by going to Content and then writing a new header next to the number, it does not reflect in my process block. How can I get rid of the "Step 1" text that defaults in a process block?
