Editing quiz feedback layer

Hi,

I'm trying to change the look of the feedback layer in my multiple choice question.  It won't let me edit certain aspects of it.  What do I need to do to edit the way these look?

    Hi Daniel:

     

    Try clicking on the Ribbon at the top of the screen VIEW, then FEEDBACK MASTER.  You can make changes here to the overall feedback master, and the individual Correct, Incorrect, Retry, etc.
