Editing Text from hidden layer

Hi Jenny

is it a shape or text box that is in initial hidden state and then revealed via a trigger to normal when conditions met?

The text box isn't showing on the list of items on the base slide.  Where do we access this text box to change it?

Check your slide master and attached layouts. maybe this slide uses a specific layout and the textbox is part of it.

Thank you both for your ideas.  

We have checked the Slide Master and attached layouts but haven't been able to find the hidden text.  

Do you have any other ideas?!?

Last idea from me and then perhaps you need to upload the story file.

look at the states of all objects on the result slide and layers  to see if something is changing state and that text is in a state

If it only appears after 2 quiz attempts, it may be on the Incorrect layer of your quiz, or more likely on the Incorrect Feedback master. But like Wendy says, attach the file, and we will all look for it.
