Great question! I understand you'd like to know how to get your e-learning content into the hands of people that don't have an LMS. I'd be happy to get that for you!
There are a few different ways to publish your courses for people that don't have an LMS. The two best options would be to publish to the web or publish to video. Here is an article with more about publishing and sharing content.
