Else action not working
Hello,
I added the "else" action to one of my triggers and it worked when I assigned it. I tried it on a new course and it doesn't work anymore. I checked the old course and it doesn't work there ...

I’d love to help you troubleshoot. Can you upload the .story file either publicly here or privately through a support case so we can investigate what’s happening?
Alternatively, if you can share the details of your trigger and its logic (what do you have in your Actions - When - Conditions - Else in your trigger panel?), we can see if there’s anything that sticks out, and offer you some suggestions.
