Else action not working
Hello,
I added the "else" action to one of my triggers and it worked when I assigned it. I tried it on a new course and it doesn't work anymore. I checked the old course and it doesn't work there either. Any idea why?

I’d love to help you troubleshoot. Can you upload the .story file either publicly here or privately through a support case so we can investigate what’s happening?
Alternatively, if you can share the details of your trigger and its logic (what do you have in your Actions - When - Conditions - Else in your trigger panel?), we can see if there’s anything that sticks out, and offer you some suggestions.
