Embed iframe into Rise360 : While using iPad cannot view images from iframe

Hi,

I am currently building the course on Rise360 and using quite a lot of iframe embed in the chapters. While using share link, I can view the contents on PC and my phone correctly. However if I am using iPad to access the link, all the images that were originally inside the iframe cannot be displayed. I have tried different browsers on iPad (Edge, Safari, Chrome) and it's still the same.

Wonder if any of you came across this problem? Any idea where can I start to problem-shoot this?

    If you publish to review, do you get the same issue?

      Yes. Even if I view it through the Review share link, I still cannot see the pictures in the iframe.

    Hi there! Sorry to hear that your Rise course iFrame embeds aren't displaying correctly when using an iPad. I suggest you open a case with us here to investigate further. Please include information on your iPad model and iOS version.
