Embedded video file in Rise course doesn't work when exported to LMS

Hello trying to see how this issue has been or not been solved because I am experiencing the same exact problem with a microloearning course right now.

    HI,

    We have no problems with playing MP4 videos in our LMS, so it does not seem to be a Rise problem.

    Hi Samantha!

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble after publishing a Microlearning course to your LMS!

    Have you had a chance to test your lesson with SCORM Cloud? It's a virtual LMS environment we use to determine if an issue lies with a Rise course, or the LMS itself. If you test your course on SCORM Cloud and it functions as intended, then your issue is likely LMS-based.
