Any update on getting a real solution for this? I'm experiencing this same issue. Exporting SCORM 2004 4th edition from Articulate Rise and uploading to our Infor LMS. Our courses are set to launch in a separate window. None of the videos allow you to open them in full screen. We have tested this in Chrome, Edge and Firefox.
