Embedded videos in Rise 360 not playing full screen in LMS

We're tracking the impact of this defect, and I've added your name to the bug report. You'll be notified once the issue is fixed. Please let me know if you have anything else to share about how this bug affects you and what possible workarounds you're using. In the meantime, can you publish your course using SCORM 2004 and see if it helps?

      Hello bclarke23​, 

      If I understand correctly, you're also impacted by this behavior where embedded videos are not playing in full screen mode in your LMS. The SCORM edition typically wouldn’t affect fullscreen video behavior, so switching versions alone likely won’t resolve what you’re seeing. Happy to learn more!

      • What LMS are you currently using?
      • What publishing options have you tried so far?

       

      In the meantime, you can try using the existing bug workaround which is to launch your courses in a new window. We'd be happy to take a closer look at a copy of your course in a support case to take a closer look and confirm what you're experiencing!
