Embedding a form into Rise
I would like a very simple form to be embedded into Rise to collect the name and email of the person at the end of the course. Google forms look bad as it adds scrolling within scrolling. Any other...
Real shame to see no replies or answers here as I am also really interested in how to do this for Storyline and Rise.
Hi there, Eric! Have you tried an embed block? I created a quick survey using SurveyMonkey to add to my Rise course. I'm just collecting two fields of information, so maybe you'll like the way this looks better than Google Forms.
