Embedding a Storyline block into a RISE product

Hi All,

On embedding a Storyline video introduction into my RISe 360 product I am encountering an pop up message at the end of the video.

A pop up box appears asking "Do you want to leave the course?" YES or NO.

I was hoping to eliminate this pop up message as it is the start of the course and therefore confusing to the student.

I thought that it may be an error in the trigger command in Storyline, but cannot find the problem by myself.

    I want to clarify where you are seeing this pop-up. Is this message showing up within the Storyline Block or within a separate block in your Rise 360 course? 

    • When it comes to incorporating a video file into your Rise 360 course, I wanted to be sure you've taken a look at these import options. 

    I'd be happy to take a closer look at your .story file for your Rise Course to double-check the trigger setup. Feel free to open a support case so we can investigate this further. We'll be sure to delete your file after
