Engage 360 Content Library Characters Not Cropping
I'm trying to add Content Library characters to a new interactive in Engage 360 and it appears the cropping feature does work. The character stays in full or crops incorrectly. See attached example....
I have the same problem. I use it and the characters are in full size. I just want a view of headshots. Is this possible?

As my teammate Leslie shared here, the Photographic characters seem to be working as expected, so if it fits your design requirements, that's an option.
