In order to better assist you, I have a few clarifying questions:
- Have you been using Replay 360 for a while, or is this your first time using the platform?
- If so, I'd like to pass along the system requirements, as this is helpful when we're investigating the source of an issue.
- Do you know if your project files are located on your local hard drive ( your C: drive typically)?
If these troubleshooting tips don't seem to help, would you be willing to work with our support engineers, who can take a deeper look at your Replay installation as well as the file itself?
