Erratic font issues when publishing
Hi - I'm publishing a Japanese file and having some font display issues. Text is being arbitrarily bolded and unbolded in the preview and published files. The strange thing is that when I publish or preview just one scene, the text displays fine, with the bolding appearing correctly. However, when I publish the entire Project, everything gets messed up - bolding is taken away from where it should be, and also is getting applied to whole paragraphs where it should not. Desperate for some help here as this is due for delivery to a client. Many thanks for advise.

Hello IOTALS This reply comes dramatically late, and no doubt useless to you, but I've just encountered the same problem you describe and discovered your (unresolved?) request for help in the process.
After a lot of testing, I finally used the Microsoft YaHei UI font whose name seems to indicate (perhaps) that it's specific for displaying “Asian” languages. There are also Microsoft JhengHei or MingLiU and others, which should have the same characteristics. Don't ask me how these fonts get into my PC, I don't know. In any case, my Japanese module appears uniformly in normal when I want it to, and in bold only when I've chosen it. Ditto for my Chinese (simplified) module. So, it's a serious idea to try... for next time.
