error 80070643 articulate storyline

hi,

I've been trying to install storyline in my pc, and every time i tries the same problem appears:

I've tried both .ZIP and .exe installation file, I've tried download the installation file from several different sorces, I've tried cleaning the computer from leftover files using third-party porgrams and it still doesn't work.

can someone help me solve this problem?

    I see that my colleague Shiela responded to you at the end of November (and I've included a copy of that below). If you don't see that in your inbox can you check your junk/spam folder for anything from Support@articulate.com?

    I'm sorry to hear that Storyline 3 is not installing on your computer.

    Please make sure to install any pending updates from Microsoft on your computer.

    Since Storyline 3 is not installing on your computer, please follow the troubleshooting steps in this article to fix unexpected or erratic behavior in Articulate Storyline 3:

    You can skip the part where you are being prompted to uninstall Storyline 3. Please ensure that you are using a user account that has full admin privilege and to temporarily disable UAC.

    If the issue still persist, please download and run Microsoft Fix It which can be downloaded here:

    After running Microsoft Fix It, please reinstall Storyline 3.

      I have'nt got anything in the mail...

      (perhaps it's because of a typo "To: israelibadam100@gmai.com")

      Anyway, I haven't been home for a while and I jusn now got the time to try all of this, and it didn't work. Can you please try and give me a solution for my problem?

    I was having a problem installing updates to the 360 App on my new PC and it would not allow me to uninstall the program. I found this fix online that allowed me to uninstall and it resolved the issue for me. It diagnosed the problem and fixed the error message.

    Hope it's able to help someone else.

    Based on the error code, it looks like you need to run the Storyline 3 installer as an admin on your machine. Please note that installing Storyline 3 on Windows 7 is no longer supported, so if running as an admin does not work, you'll need to upgrade your Windows to a supported version
