Hi Sophia, it doesn't look like you've selected a font so this might be the reason you can't select a font size. Can you try selecting a font and see if you can change the font size. The issue persists or if there are no fonts showing in the drop-down menu as well, please submit a case here and we'll work with you directly to resolve the issue.
