Error in deleting a heading stuck in Processing
I am getting an error when updating a heading - I also try to delete and it is stuck in processing mode - I have cleared the cache etc and it takes up to a day or 2 to delete. this is the second time it has happened and I had to copy to a new course and then it fixed it self - Has anyone else had this issue?
If refreshing and clearing the cache is not working. I would recommend backing out to your list of courses and choosing the "..." that appears in the upper right hand corner of the thumbnail of the course you are working on and then selecting "Duplicate". You should be able to delete or edit the heading in the new Rise course. Then you can delete your older one.
