Error in Rise
Is anyone experiencing an error in Rise when uploading a video? 10/24/2024
Joanne, this is what I got from my ticket:
Our engineering team has been informed and is now fixing the issue. I'll let you know as soon as we have more information.
For now, we found that removing the spaces in the video's filename helps.
This issue should be resolved. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you come across any issues with uploading videos to Rise 360!
