Error in uploading SCORM package to LMS

Hi,

I am getting below error while uploading the course on LMS. Does anyone have idea how to resolve it?

java.lang.Exception: com.plateausystems.elms.util.helper.ElmsUncheckedException: com.plateausystems.elms.framework.content.api.ContentDeploymentException: Unable to deploy the zip file for gMAbEUVT5hkxMOO_articulate_r.Could not write to "sftp://sftp8.sapsf.com/Production/gMAbEUVT5hkxMOO_articulate_r/scormcontent/assets/X04WVuWKHxCgpJ0L_transcoded-WCgz6ExzqV6WcJYp-2020_25202_252017_2520-_2520Projct_2520Mgmt_2520-_2520Juliano_2520S-00001.png". Please check your settings.

    Welcome to the community, Poonam! 👋 Thanks for reaching out! One way to test if a course issue is LMS specific is to see how your course will behave in another LMS. We recommend testing your course in SCORM Cloud to see if you get the same issue here: Here's how: 

    If you experience the same issue in SCORM Cloud, open a case with our team here so we can take a closer look at what's happening. If your course works properly in SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, then you'll need to open a support case with your LMS provider to troubleshoot the issue. Hope that helps!
