Error message - security permissions

Carolyn, this is your answer for just about any error. It is not very helpful to be honest. I work from C-Drive, I use this path for Articulate files (C:\Users\brianmi\OneDrive - OneOtsuka\Documents) which is needed for files to be backed up in an Office365 environment. Are what you are suggesting is that Articulate works best in a Windows 3.1 environment and does not work in a modern Windows environment? 

When I installed Storyline360, it auto created a folder in Documents/My Articulate Projects. Is that a flaw in the Storyline install program? Should we move the Articulate Projects to the root C drive (if we can even do that per our IT policies).
