Error message uploading media
I've never had any issues uploading JPG/PNG, GIF and MP4 files until today. I was trying to replace some of these files that already exist in the course I'm working on, but I keep getting an error m...
Well I don't know what exactly happened, but it's suddenly working for me now. I can't tell if it was an internal network issue or what, but I was finally able to resume uploading media files.
I'm glad this was resolved, but I wish Rise provided some type of explanation why this error occurred so I know how to troubleshoot if it happens again.
