Error Message When Trying to Publish to Review 360
Can someone help me?
I'm getting this error message everytime I publish the project file to Review 360. It has become very frustrating since I'm already way behind the client review session date. I have attached the file for reference. Please help.
"There was an error publishing your course to Review 360. Please check your internet connection and try again."
I'm using a 300 Mbps Fibernet connection at home. Can you please check if something is wrong with my project file? It's a large file.
Thank you for your help.

Hi Caesar!
Sorry to hear you're having trouble publishing a Storyline course to Review 360!
I see that you've also opened a support case, that's been received by our senior support engineers. You're in excellent hands troubleshooting with them, and they should be following up with you shortly!
We can continue the conversation through your case to keep all information in one spot.

Hello Steven,
Thanks for your response. While Amlan is working on my concern, I'd like your thoughts on it. I've read the KB article about this issue but have follow-up questions.
1. Why is there a risk of this happening, especially when the file is large? In my case, the project file already has <1000 slides, mostly recorded screens with view, try, and test scenes. I have a decent 300 Mbps fiber connection at home.
2. Is there a best practice regarding the number of slides that can be published in Review 360?
3. Is there a best practice for the number of recorded screen files in a .story project file?
I guess these are general questions the community may also be interested in asking.
Thank you for your attention.
