Error Message When Trying to Publish to Review 360
Hello. I am getting the same error. I am building a course that had previously uploaded to Review 360 with no problems. Now with the addition of new content I am getting this error. My upload speed is 206Mbps. The storyline file size is now 406MB.
Can you assist? Also looking forward to getting answers to Caesar's questions above.

Hello Vanessa,
Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. I'd like to ask a few questions to clarify your experience:
- What error message are you getting whenever you try to publish your course to Review 360?
- Can you publish your course in LMS or web format?
I checked Ceasar's ticket and it appears his issue is file-specific. I'd like to test if this is the case for you as well. Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a look? We'll delete it when we're done!

Hi. I had a coworker publish the file to confirm its not a file issue and that person was able to publish it to Review 360 just fine. Found that there are sometimes issues with publishing on company's computer remotely - whether on VPN or not. Tried again when in the office on their network later that week and was able to publish at that point. My file is now 472MB, so it could have been a timeout issue with Review 360. Later attempts to publish to Review 360 from the home office were unsuccessful with even with upload speeds of 288 Mbps. Publishing to the web works at any location.

Hi Vanessa!
Thanks for following up and sharing the additional details!
Glad to hear you were able to pinpoint this as a network issue and not related to the .story file itself. If you run into any setbacks moving forward, please let us know!
