Error translating a Rise course
I'm trying to translate a Rise course from English to French. I've followed all the steps outlined in Rise. I've exported to an XLIFF file, I've run it through the company's machine translation engine and exported the translated file in the target language. When I try to import back into the course, I get en error message. I've translated courses before with no issues.
How can I resolve this? Other colleagues are having issues with translating this same course.

I'm sorry you've hit this snag when translating Rise 360 content!
First, please make sure you're in the Rise course from which you originally exported your XLIFF file to avoid issues importing the translated file. XLIFF files are content-specific, so they can't be exported from one course and imported into another. You also want to avoid editing your course after exporting your XLIFF; otherwise, you could have difficulty importing the translation.
It's possible something could be getting in the way within the XLIFF file itself. A properly translated XLIFF file should have both <source> and <target> segments. The source contains the original text, and the target tags, added by the translation tool, contain the translated text. For your reference, this is what a correctly translated file should look like.
