Error uploading images
Is anyone else having issues uploading images to Rise 360 content?
I have not been able to upload images since yesterday.
Tried 3 different computers (one on a different site so perhaps different connectivity), I tried images which have already been uploaded successfully, tried changing the file type and clearing the cache. Nothing is helping!
Can anyone give me any further advice. I have a deadline looming!

Thanks so much for opening a case. After trying more of the advice in the email, I had to contact my IT team. Turns out they have been changing firewall settings etc and that has caused a problem.I am waiting to get them to make this fix at their end, but I have at least been able to get my course finished by using a different laptop at home.
