Error viewing SCORM from iPad
Hello Shlomy,
Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag. I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience:
- Is your course hosted on a web server or an LMS?
- If your course is hosted on an LMS, have you tried testing your course on a different LMS to see if the issue is specific to your hosting environment? Here's how you can test your course in SCORM Cloud to see if the issue is only happening to a specific LMS.
- Is the behavior happening on multiple browsers, or just iPad specific browsers?
If you are hosting your courses on an LMS, and you are able to replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
Hello Joe, and thanks for your response.
I upload the file in the moodle type LMS system installed on a local server
(not in the cloud) version 3.2. (yes I know it's a bit old fashioned)
Our managers watch the video through an iPad, access to the LMS system in
our organization is through a connecting application called AIR WATCH,
which is actually a connection to the organization's network and there is a
default browser called WEB and not directly through an application.
Attach the SCORM file of the video.
!Thanks again.
