Error viewing SCORM from iPad
Hello,
I found this thread because we are having tons of clients writing that STORYLINE SCORMS do not work on Ipad, on any browser. They work perfectly on any other device we tested.
Behaviour is videos not playing, trigger buttons are not activable. Seems like a security issue or something.
Any idea?

Sorry to hear videos and trigger buttons aren’t functioning when viewing Storyline courses on an iPad. I’d love to help you troubleshoot this!
I have a few follow-up questions in order to better understand your current setup:
- Are the courses hosted on your web server or an LMS?
- If an LMS, could you please share which LMS you are currently using?
- Lastly, which iOS version are your learners currently running on their iPads?
If you haven’t already, we’d recommend testing your courses in SCORM cloud to see if you get the same results.
Also, if you could share the .story file, that would help us greatly! You can use this private link. We’ll delete it from our system as soon as we’re finished!
